03/2004 : Accenture China: Accenture China is implementing for one of the Chinese top ten banks the SAP Banking solution focused on Profit Analyzer, Risk Analyzer and Asset-Liability-Management. In this job I had to review the actual steps regarding the implementation project and propose further steps starting from the functional side specially in finance mathematics and calculating/costing the basic transactions to the technical side in terms of EDT (External Data Transfer) and BAPI-Interfacing scenarios with core banking system (CFM/CML).

01/2003-04/2004 : SAP AG Walldorf/Germany: For the new Transaction Banking System called Account Management (FS-AM) based on the formerly BCA-Bank Customer Account, I desing a migration guideline. In this job I have to design a step by step-guideline and various scenarios for implementing and starting up this module in a bank.

12/03 –04/2004 SAP AG, Walldorf/ : Business School of Finance & Management, Frankfurt: Bank Analyzer: Writing my master thesis for the master in banking and finance (Implementation of FX-trades in consolidation processes) I analyzed the requirements out of different GAAPs regarding foreign exchange business and valuation (IAS 21, 32, 39, SFAS 52)and compared that with the concepts within Bank-Analyzer/Balance Analyzer. As well different possibilities where evaluated to set up different duplication-portfolios for structured products pending on the different requirements of the different Analyzer and their stakeholders within Financial Database FDB.

03/2003-06/2003: SAP AG Walldorf/Germany: SAP has to implement the Helvetica specifics for the CML the Corporate Mortgage Loan-Module. I am doing partly the roll-in of specifications and quality assurance.

8/2001-01/2003: SAP AG Walldorf/Germany: : SAP is developing a new module for Transaction Banking based on the formerly BCA-Bank Customer Account. As interface between product management, development und consulting my job is to set up the Implementation Guide (SAP-Reference-IMG), system documentation and infomanagement for the Account Management (FS-AM). This jobs gives me as one of the first consultants worldwide for this module a general overview as well as special knowledge in
• Contract management
• Product configurator and
Interface configuration using BAPI and Direct-Input (EDT External Data Transfer).

6/2002 Siemens Business Services-Munich: Training the key account managers from one of the most famous german based consultancies in SAP Banking like CML, CFM, AM, BCA, Treasury, SEM, Marketrisk, Creditrisk.

3/2001-05/2001: Barclays Capital-London: As the investment bank subsidiary of Barclays Bank it has business activities all over the world with branches in America, Europe and Asia. Issue of this analytical CRM project is designing a counterpart and product profitability analysis based on standard modules of SAP R/3 and its Business Warehouse starting with loans. My role was a business architect to design levels of reporting and at this base defining the interfaces of the various feeding systems as well as selecting the suitable modules of the SAP IS-B. Moreover designing and customising prototypes within modules Treasury CFM and CML, the business partners of SAP and the Profitability Analysis CO-PA. Finally evaluating the SEM-PA for banks.

11/2000-01/2001: SAP AG – Regional Industry Group Banking: Task in this project was to design a demo-bank to show the client – a computing center for more than 120 saving banks in Germany – the usability of SAP-SEM-PA (formerly IS-B) that is based on CO-PA extended with special calculation functions for the banking industry in connection with their working back-office-systems and the datapool of SAP in terms of current accounts and loans. As well was item the integration from CO-ABC and CO-CCA into the calculation methods. My role was a business architect for loans, implementing and customising the datapool for CML/CFM and the calculation rules for fixed income business (Single Transaction Costing for net present value)

06/2000-10/2000: PriceWaterhouseCoopers: As one of the Big 5 they had to implement SAP SEM-PA (based on CO-PA) at Deutsche Postbank, who is one of the big retail banks in Germany. Because of their fusion with DSL Bank who is yet working with SAP FI/CO/CML there is a strong willingness to implement SAP for the bank controlling. I was working for PwC as a freelancer and my role in the project was a business architect for designing the way of loan calculation, integration of CO-CCA and analyse the profit and loss in various dimension like client, distribution region, products, etc. and customising the prototype. Furthermore I do individual trainings for various persons at the client’s side.

01/1998-01/2000: RHEINHYP Rheinische Hypothekenbank: RHEINHYP is as subsidiary of Commerzbank one of the big mortgage banks in Germany with a balance sum of more than 100 Billion DEM. The bank decided to substitute their entire, widely self programmed IT by SAP starting with FI and CML

12/1997: Vianova (former Aventis subsidiary), implementation SAP-MM: My small task was to design invoices. My role was project member.

09/1997-12/1997: ARAL Austria, preliminary study SAP:
The task of the project team was to analyse ARAL Austria based in Vienna whether to implement SAP IS Oil or Retail. ARAL is changing it petrol station more to shops. So it was difficult to decide which would fit best. The preliminary study showed neither IS-Oil nor Retail was able to fulfil their requirements and individual programming should be best. As well started the preparations for the international roll-out. The role in my first SAP project was an assistant which gave me the first possibility to show my knowledge I aspirated during a 2 month SAP formation in summer 1997.
